Berkeley Green Cleaning Checklist
Please leave the place as you found it. Here is a cleaning checklist that will guide you on what is required in order to receive your deposit back. Our cleaning crew will inspect the place once you depart and if more than one item on the checklist has not been done you will forfeit your deposit. It may seem like a lot, but actually it should take you about an hour at the most. We hope you enjoyed your stay. Please feel free to leave any comments in our guest book. Thank You!
Trash:
- All trash cans emptied.
- Clean bags placed in trash cans
- Collected trash is placed into large bags and taken to bins at the end of driveway.
Floor/Carpet:
- Floors and carpets vacuumed and/or mopped.
Counter/Table Tops and Bathroom Appliances:
- All table and counter tops along with bathroom appliances wiped clean.
Kitchen:
- All dishes washed and placed in the cabinets.
- Oven and stove left clean.
Bedrooms:
- All used sheets have been washed and placed in appropriate bags and closets.
- Beds have been left with covers and pillows on top.
- All used linens (towels, etc.) washed and put in the linen closet.
Miscellaneous:
- All curtains are opened. (The plants need a lot of light.)
- Turn the heat down to 50° in the winter and the air conditioner off in the summer.
- Any used equipment is cleaned and returned to original place, (barbecue grill, etc..)
- Reimbursement left for excessive beverage, food or supplies consumption or for any damage to furnishings or related items.
