Rates and Reservations
Rates: (in U.S. dollars)
Weekdays (Mon-Thurs): $100/night + 10% tax
Weekends (Fri-Sun): $150/night + 10% tax
1 Week or longer - Inquire for special rates
10% West Virginia tax applies to all rates
$100.00 refundable maintenance deposit required
$50.00 nonrefundable pet cleaning fee w/any dogs
Two nights minimum for all reservations
Three nights minimum for holiday weekends
Full payment required for ALL reservations.
Cash, checks, credit cards are accepted.

Additional services available (for additional fees); booking a massage at the house, having beds made before arrival, extra food or drink needs. After you hit 'reserve now' there will be a comments box for such requests.
If you wish to make your reservations online but do not want to make payment online, or if you wish to print out our reservation form and submit by snailmail or fax, you may use our old reservation form.
We reserve the right to refuse service to those whom we deem objectionable.
